As a qualified Interior Architect & Designer (Dipl.-Ing Mainz University, Germany) and Founding Director of Interiorissimo Marbella, I head up a multi-disciplinary team of architecture, construction and interior design professionals. We have the international experience, industry know-how and expertise to coordinate all aspects of new-build and refurbishment projects from design to timely delivery, worldwide.
In a career spanning three decades, I have worked with top hotels, luxury residential developers and many international private clients who have entrusted me with personally creating, directing and producing elegant, striking living spaces that reflect their style and personality.
The exclusive distribution agreement between Interiorissimo´s headquarters in Spain with over 50 top Italian & other European designer furniture brands, and 90 other companies specialising in high-end fittings & home accessories, enables us to offer highly competitive prices to our clients.

OUR TURNKEY PRODUCTION PROCESS
Since we are in the business of designing living spaces, we approach all our projects with the passion & attention to detail required when staging a successful theatre production… from the time we first meet our clients, until we raise the curtain on the sophisticated, vibrant living scenes we create, that reflect their style and personality.
PRE-PRODUCTION
Fernando Carrizosa-Kolbe personally conceives, directs and produces all our interior architecture & design projects and as such is the first point of contact for our clients.
He initially visits the project in question with you to take your brief and spends time discussing your budget and style preferences, while assessing the structural feasibility of any interior architecture modifications.
Once you have signed an agreement for us to proceed with our initial concept, we draw up a detailed presentation of the whole interior design project, with plans, samples, colour swatches and prices of all suggested fittings, furnishings and accessories in each living space. Hand-drawn or 3-D renderings can be elaborated on request.
PRODUCTION
A detailed scheduling plan is drawn up to ensure timely delivery wherever the project may be in the world. We then put together the necessary team of specialist builders and fitters to ensure the project evolves smoothly and is delivered to top European standard, within budget and on schedule.
Any required building work will be put out to tender and once you have approved the estimate, it is coordinated by our project managers from beginning to end, dealing with local planning authorities on your behalf where necessary.
POST-PRODUCTION
Once the entire living scene is set and all the fittings and furnishings are in place, we carry out a thorough final check to ensure that the project is not only picture perfect but fully functional.
