The immense rooms of this massive mansion required a finely balanced sense of proportion and were fitted out with statement-piece European designer furniture, furnishings and fabrics.
Unique items of furniture were specially commissioned; such as the large goat skin hand-crafted coffee table imported from South America.
The imposing reception entrance hall was converted into a still-life scene of its own, featuring a bold flower motif which is repeated throughout the living space to create an aesthetic visual flow.

The & factor:
The vast interior dimensions allowed Fernando Carrizosa Kolbe to play with dramatic light fixtures to illuminate and enliven the living space – the most outstanding of all being the
4 x 4.5 m Andromeda glass chandelier, which he had been shown in a private viewing while on one of his regular “& factor” sourcing visits to the Island of Murano.
